  • Customers are responsible for returning the product unless it was delivered damaged or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once the returned product is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed.

  • Refunds are made in the original payment method (cash on delivery refund will be arranged upon return acceptance).

  • Refund processing may take 7–10 business days after confirmation.

4. Exchanges

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will arrange an exchange for the same or similar product (subject to availability).
